I’m starting acting classes this year to hopefully build into voice acting(while also studying animation in college/doing it as a career as well) and I wanted advice on how to go about doing freelance voice acting and what is the best way to approach it?

Can vulnerability be learned, or is it something actors either have or don't have? If it is something you learned, what has helped you become emotionally available in your work?

Hey people! I was recently inspired to get into voice acting, but I’m concerned about how it could affect me if I do it full time. I’ve heard stories of isolation and depression from others. Can I be a full time voice actor and still maintain relationships with my friends and family outside of the industry? How often w…

I came across a Minecraft video on Instagram where the creator has an incredibly calm, slow, comforting narration style. It's not dramatic or overly energetic. It feels very natural, almost like someone quietly telling you a story, and it's really relaxing to listen to. I'd love to learn how to speak like that. Is ther…

I love getting to play different roles, living lives I would never get to. Being on stage or set is such a high. My least favorite part is the uncertainty of not knowing when the next job is, sometimes the hustle is more exhausting than the actual job. What about you?

I’m a voice actor, I’ve been doing it for about a year, but I still don’t have anywhere to record. I don’t have my own room, so I’ve been using the car.
